How to do the Rope Climb
Setup: Hang from a rope with hands shoulder-width apart, arms fully extended, core engaged, feet ready to assist if needed.
Movement: Use a combination of arms and legs to ascend the rope. Descend under control, maintaining body tension throughout.
Standards:
- Feet may assist in climbing
- Full arm extension at bottom
- Controlled ascent and descent
Focus Points: Engage lats, arms, and core, coordinate legs for support, maintain rhythm, avoid swinging.
